The thrilling history of Formula 1 dates back to the fast-paced automobile races that took place in Europe in the 1920s and 1930s. Legendary names such as Auto Union, Mercedes, Maserati, and many others, forged the path of this iconic motorsport. Today we are witnessing an exciting new era with Scaleauto , who have decided to celebrate the heritage of these prestigious brands through a new range of 1/24 scale slot cars, called GP124 Classic .

Scaleauto shook the world of slot racing by unveiling eight F1 Classic projects in its 2024 catalogue. This announcement took many slot racing enthusiasts by surprise, creating a real buzz within the community. While very little information is currently circulating on these projects, it is clear that Scaleauto has chosen to revisit its slot car range on a scale that promises an even more immersive racing experience.

The essential Mercedes, notably the W154, W125 (which was considered the most powerful racing car for almost 30 years), and W163, are also in the spotlight. Finally, replicas of Maserati 's famous Classic Grand Prix cars, including the 6CM and 4CLT, complete this exceptional collection.
